We are a small private business focusing on antique, collectible, rare and
unique items. It is our intention to build and maintain our product range and
keep the stock as interesting and diverse as possible. If there is a particular
item that you are seeking but is not listed within our inventory do not hesitate
to contact me about this. I may be able to track it down in my hunt or have such
an item in storage.
TERMS OF TRADE
All orders are conditional on payment being received. For Australian residents
all prices include GST.

Payment options are -

Direct Deposit: Refer to the Shipping options below and direct
deposit the order cost + Shipping cost into the below account. Advise us once
the deposit is made and goods will be forwarded as soon as payment is cleared.
Note: this can take 2 days if deposited through another bank. You can speed this
up by faxing or emailing a copy of the deposit slip.

Prepaid orders: Send cheque or money order to the above address.
(NB Unfortunately money orders can only be accepted from Australian customers
because overseas money orders can not be cashed in Australia. Our apologies!).
To accommodate our overseas customers we offer payment by Paypal, Bankcard and Visa
Card. Do not forget to include the shipping charge. Please make cheques payable to
Dieter Hoth. (NB If you are sending a cheque from outside of Australia please
note that we can only accept International Bank cheques).
SHIPPING COSTS
All pre-paid orders are sent by Australian Air Express or Fastway Couriers to
any part of Australia or overseas. This is regardless of the size of your order.
The method we use depends upon the size of the parcel. Generally small items go
Australian Air Express and larger items go by courier. Take advantage of this by
ordering multiple items. Express Post delivery varies from next day to Capital
Cities to 3-4 days in remote areas.

If you are not agreeable to these terms and shipping costs please do not place
an order.
RETURN OF GOODS
You pay shipping cost to return the faulty goods. We pay the shipping cost back
by similar method of transport.
Every effort is made in carefully packaging goods however you should be aware
that there is always the possibility that parcels may arrive damaged. Goods
which are physically damaged in transit will be exchanged subject to the
following conditions.
1. We are advised immediately including exact details of the physical damage. If
the damage is later found to be more extensive we will not offer a replacement.
2. You also advise the carrier (Australia Post, Australian air Express or
Fastway) that the goods you have received have been damaged in transit. (It is
impossible for us to claim against them if they have been accepted by you as
being "delivered in good order.")
3. If you use the goods and then you claim that they were physically damaged in
transit we will not offer a replacement.
