COVID-19 adjustments

Smaller items will continue to be sent through DPD & the postal service and delivery will be within 1 week of purchase. This is a door to door service and all delivery drivers are observing social distancing.

 

Please be aware that larger items such as furniture will be subject to delivery service availability and whilst there may not be any interruption to the normal service, delivery timings could be a little longer than usual. 

 

We're taking the following measures for all furniture deliveries:

- Drivers will be equipped with gloves, masks & hands sanitised where required.

- Where possible a 2 meter distance is kept from customers and fellow team mates.

- If you'd prefer zero contact, a "To Door" drop off can be arranged.

Collection Of Items From Our Warehouse

If you'd prefer to collect your order from us, we offer a simple and FREE COLLECTION SERVICE. Please continue to checkout online then select local pick up . Once you've notified us of your intent to collect we will contact to arrange a collection date from 

our warehouse. Please notify us 48 hours before collection so we can ensure your order is ready for collection. 

 

ROI & Northern Ireland Deliveries

For parcel & courier items there should be very little difference in delivery time frames or price for delivery to Ireland. 

 

For larger and bulky items such as furniture, we have a dedicated furniture delivery team visiting Ireland every other week. Deliveries are charged at cost price and depending on the item in question are around £100 - £200. 

 

Purchase of larger items and furniture for delivery to Ireland is currently only available by telephone and not on our website at present. Orders can be placed by phone or email. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Shipping small and medium sized goods. 

All of our goods are fully insured and professionally packaged. Prices for delivery are calculated by weight at the checkout and have an estimated delivery time between 2 and 5 working days.

For some particularly large or fragile pieces, we reserve the right to upgrade your delivery service to ensure safe furniture delivery. This service guarantees your purchase arrives safely, however it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery due to the nature of the delivery type. See "Furniture Deliveries" for further details. In this event

we will always contact the client.

Large Furniture Deliveries

Our furniture, architecture and other bulky items are delivered by our trusted fully insured  in house delivery team.

Delivery takes between 7-21 days.   

 

Furniture deliveries are charged between £40-£100 at the check out. We deliver Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm and we'll  ALWAYS contact you to arrange the delivery. You will be able to change your date should the given date not be appropriate.

 

On the day of delivery, our drivers will usually keep you updated by phone on their status with a call when they're around 1 hour away. 

 

On the day, your order will be delivered to your room of choice (up to and including 2nd floor ) with removal of any packaging. If you require a more complicated delivery, please let us know before collection. 

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Our deliveries usually take place without a problem but do require our customers to follow some simple rules:

 

- It is up to you to check your property for access before you arrange delivery. Customers will be liable for any call out charges relating to an order not fitting into their property. 

- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if a change of date or cancellation is required. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation charge at cost price.

 

- In the unlikely event of damage or you wish to return your order, please have your driver contact us asap, otherwise  contact us within 48 hours to arrange collection. See  our returns policy.

- All goods must be signed for at the time of delivery. 

- Any damage to the packaging must be noted at the time of delivery. 

- If there is any damage to the contents Partridge Antiques should be informed within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Return of your order for any reason other than damage will incur a collection charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

It's rare that our customers choose to return or exchange an item, but should you choose to return your order, we are happy to provide a full refund excluding delivery charges  within 14 days of receipt.

Returns

All items returned to Partridge  Antiques must be in a fully resalable condition. Please contact our team on  01636918118 or at partridgeantiques@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange your return. 

 

For larger and bulky items such as furniture, we will arrange the collection from you for a mutually beneficial date. 

 

For smaller courier items, you can return the items to us (return postage will need to be covered by the customer) or we can arrange a collection. Upon receipt of your return, your order will be refunded minus the collection charge. 

 

Should your item not be returned in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the original price from the refund amount.

Faulty / Damaged Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and we can either arrange for one of our restoration team to visit you and carry out the repair or for a collection by our team. 

 

In some cases, repairs can't be carried out in the property and will need to be collected and redelivered.
